HEXACURE^® Grout

HEXACURE® Grout is a specially designed and developed low viscosity high molecular two component epoxy system for repairs and strengthening of concrete structures affected by cracks and honeycombs. It is also used for retrofitting of fire and blast damaged structures, for sealing all types of embedded cracks. The system exhibits high resistance to chemicals and water. It is also be adopted as bonding agent. By virtue of its low viscosity, it can penetrate into the finer cracks present in concrete.

HEXACURE^® Redox-R

HEXACURE® Redox-R is a specialty low viscosity single component system designed as rust remover on steel surface. ‘HEXACURE® Redox R’ essentially penetrates onto the rusted steel surface and forms a protective monomolecular layer on the surface of steel. It is used as a rust remover from steel bars prior to encasing in concrete in structural repair and strengthening applications. It can also be used on structural steel surfaces prior to coating with epoxy system.

HEXACURE^® Redox-C

HEXACURE® Redox-C is two-component Epoxy System to prevent rusting of metal elements. The system is pigmented with corrosion inhibitors to extend maximum protection to metals from rust. It has excellent chemical resistance against diluted acids, alkalis and sea water due to its high solid content. The system is commonly used as anti-corrosion protectibe coating for structural steels in industrial and marine environments. And it is extensively used in structural repairs and strengthening applications too.

HEXACURE^® Redox-I

HEXACURE® Redox-I is a low viscosity single component system, designed as Rust Inhibitor in structural repair and strengthening application. It is a specialty bi-polar system and prevents ionic corrosion by inhibiting the reaction of steel with corroding elements like oxygen and chlorine. By virtue of its high vapour pressure and high affinity for the embedded metal, it diffuses through densest concrete to reach the embedded steel surface. And upon deposition onto steel surface, it forms protective layer between steel and corroding elements of oxygen and chlorine. Thus, it helps in arresting the corrosion process.
